    Great blog.

    I’m writing because I make music and food as well, and music about food (sadly, no food about music).  I lead a band – Philadelphia Slick – a live hip hop group based here in Philly. Anyway, we have a song – The Menu – off our new album Oil that I thought your readers might enjoy – its filled with double entendres comparing food to music – “Spark the arson on the grill or on the MP/Known to leave pantries and record collections empty/emcee epicure, temperature bumping/keep the dutch hot, the cigar or the over/jumbalaya jumpin like the pub on a saturday/replace the mic with a spoon and be like ‘he went thataway!’”
